Arrow BM12XL03-LH Polished Brass US3 Left Hand Storeroom Mortise Xavier Lever Lockset, specially designed for heavy duty use in, schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings where security, durability, and low maintenance are required. This lock is UL/cUL listed for A labeled doors or lesser, it's ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, operational Grade 1 certified, and it meets FF-H-106C standards, Series 86 and 87. This mortise lockset features a 2-3/4" inch backset, it fits standard doors 1-3/4" thick, and the armored front is made of heavy gouge steel, 8" x 1-1/4" x 3/32". Accomodates flat doors and doors beveled 1/8" (3mm) in 2" (51mm). The face plate is made of wrought brass or bronze, attached by machine screws to lockcase front. The Latchbolt is constructed of stainless steel, a 2 piece mechanical with anti friction inserts, and a 5/8" x 1" x 3/4" throw. This auxiliary latchbolt has a 9/16" effective throw and a 3/8" effective auxiliary latch deadlocking. The deabolt is made out of a one-piece stainless steel 19/32" x 1-1/4" x 1" throw. The lever is constructed of nickel steel, 5/16". This lock has center to center, hub to cylinder 3-5/8" spacing, and it has center to center, hub to turnpiece 2-7/16" spacing. The strike is made of wrought brass or bronze, with an ANSI straight lip standard, 4-7/8" (124mm) x 1-1/4" (32mm) and a 1-1/8" (29mm) lip to center.
