Wal-Rich 1980002 Leak Shreak Water Leak Alarm, specially designed to help prevent costly water damage. The alarm will sound when water is detected. This alarm should be placed facing up or on its right side with metal sensing contacts down (Wont function properly with contacts facing up). Ideal for a room where flooding is a potential danger, like near aquariums, sump pumps, plumbing, sinks, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, water heaters, toilets, basements, and garages. This alarm is powered by one 9V Battery, battery is included. Although the Leak Shreak uses the battery only when the alarm rings, a yearly battery replacement and retest is recommended for proper operation. The alarm will sound when battery gets low.
