Provides the best mechanical means of controlling a door. The weight of the door is supported by the bottom arm, which is directly connected to the floor closer spindle. The direct connection between the bottom arm and the floor closer spindle creates a tremendous increase in closing efficiency compared to surface or overhead concealed closers.

* Centering arm with adjusting screws in face of door
* Built-in positive dead stop prevents door from swinging beyond the desired opening degree (specify 85*, 90*, 95* or 105*)
* Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed and backcheck

* Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at same degree as dead stop
