It is also used in conjunction with a "twist-lik" plug to provide a cleanout in a drain pipe. This fitting is made of PVC and is rated for use in non-potable water applications. It is also NSF certified. This product can expose you to chemicals including titanium dioxide and carbon black which are known to the State of California to cause cancer.
