AMERICAN SAW & MFG CO 1972923 Lenox 6" x 7/8" Diamond Edge Cut-Off Wheel. It is made with diamonds and has an advanced diamond technology that provides durability in metal cutting applications. It has increased productivity, reduced downtime, and a cutting depth that stays the same throughout its life, meaning better control, reach, and precision. It has less odor and dust residue, and sparks originate only from the material being cut. It is recommended for multiple types of metal including steel, sheet metal, stainless steel, rebar, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and aluminum. It has a 30 times longer life than thin bonded cut-off wheels and can make 1,000 or more cuts. Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and other construction activities contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.  Some examples of these chemicals are: lead from lead-based paints, crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products, and arsenic and chromium from chemically-treated lumber.
